Do you set healthy limits to protect your best interests? Set your  true self up for success by honestly communicating your needs and desires and making sure that you put yourself in contexts where your self-esteem, creativity, and emotional experiences are honored as valid!  Boundaries that are too rigid may limit your ability to connect with others, innovate, grow, and enjoy life. Overly permeable boundaries put you at risk for being disrespected, used, and abused by others.  Sometimes it is appropriate to simply say, “No thank you.”
