The HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® Executive Leadership Coach Training is a proprietary ICF-accredited coach training program that may be completed and counted as ICF Level 2 and/or Level 3, depending on the coach’s selected pathway, prior training, and total hours completed.

This training is available exclusively to active members of the HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® Coaches Club. Eligibility for certification requires current Coaches Club membership. Use of HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® intellectual property is licensed only when delivered in conjunction with the co-branded HWH App, which coaches may offer to clients through an approved revenue-share model.

This program may be applied toward the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential pathways, ICF credential renewal, and—where applicable—the ACHE Hypnotic Coach Certification, in accordance with each organization’s requirements.

What You’ll LearN:

Through this Level 2 and/or Level 3 ICF-accredited training, coaches learn how to ethically and skillfully:
 

• Administer and interpret the Happy Whole Human® 360-Core and 360-Leadership Assessments to identify meaningful patterns, priorities, and development opportunities across leadership and professional competencies.

• Translate assessment data into client-led insight and action using ICF-aligned, non-directive coaching conversations that preserve autonomy and agency.

• Structure executive coaching engagements using clear opening, midstream, and completion protocols while maintaining coaching presence, neutrality, and psychological safety.

• Apply Happy Whole Human® tools and frameworks to support clarity, resilience, decision-making, and sustainable behavior change in complex leadership contexts.

• Use advanced active listening and Socratic inquiry to evoke awareness, deepen trust, and surface insight without advising, directing, or evaluating.

• Integrate mindfulness-based and nervous-system-informed practices to support regulation, focus, emotional agility, and leadership effectiveness.

• Work ethically with sensitive material while maintaining clear boundaries and operating fully within the scope of professional coaching and ICF standards.

• Confidently deliver the Happy Whole Human® executive coaching methodology within the co-branded HWH App, using digital tools and AI-supported features to enhance—never replace—human coaching judgment.

• Support measurable, development-focused outcomes while preserving the non-evaluative, client-centered nature of professional coaching.

Certification & Outcomes

Graduates of the full pathway are eligible to:

·       Apply for ICF ACC, PCC, or MCC and ACTC (based on hours and experience)

·       Practice as an HWH Executive Leadership Coach in conjunction with the HWH App
