Refund Policy
Effective Date: December, 2025
All fees paid to Happy Whole Human®, including membership fees, prepaid packages, and subscription fees, are subject to the terms below.
Coach Club Memberships
All membership fees for the Happy Whole Human® Coach Club are non-refundable.
Once onboarding has begun, platform access has been granted, or any training materials, digital content, or member resources have been made available, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage, participation level, inactivity, or voluntary withdrawal from the program.
Prepaid Coaching & Service Packages
Prepaid packages for coaching, mentoring, supervision, assessments, or other services are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable.
Prepaid packages:

May be transferred with prior written approval from Happy Whole Human®

Expire one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing

Are not eligible for refunds due to non-use, scheduling conflicts, or early termination
Unused sessions or services remaining after the expiration date are forfeited.
Annual App Subscriptions
Prepaid annual subscriptions to the Happy Whole Human® app or digital platform are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Partial use of a subscription period

Failure to cancel auto-renewal (where applicable)

Inactivity or dissatisfaction after access is provided
Exceptions & Review Requests
Happy Whole Human® may, at its sole discretion, review requests for exceptions on a case-by-case basis. To request a review, members must submit a written request with supporting details to:

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval or a refund.
