How the Fast-Track model works
Fast-Track combines asynchronous learning with live Monday sessions (listed below), so you can integrate theory, practice, and feedback in real time.

1. Self-Paced Learning (Asynchronous)
You complete required eCourses and assignments on your own schedule. These provide the theoretical foundation, frameworks, and tools for your chosen pathway (Level 1, Level 2, advanced, or specialty training).

2. Monday Drop-In Sessions (Live via Zoom)
Your live training hours are logged through Monday sessions, offered at least 35 weeks per year, including:

  • Office Hours – tutorials, Q&A, case consultation

  • Group Supervision – reflective, formative, and restorative supervision

  • ICF Group Mentoring – practice and feedback using ICF markers

  • HWH Happy Hours – applied practice with HWH tools and protocols

  • Business Development Sessions – sustainable practice building (select weeks)

These sessions allow you to accumulate required synchronous hours, receive feedback, and stay connected—without committing to a fixed cohort schedule.

Fast-Track timelines (what “flexible” really means)

  • 12 weeks (minimum):
Ideal for highly available participants who want to move quickly and stay consistent.

  • 6–12 months (most common):
A sustainable pace for working professionals balancing other responsibilities.

  • Up to 4 years (maximum):

Your enrollment remains active as long as you are participating within the four-year window.
