The HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® Teams Coach Training is a 68-hour, ICF-accredited Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC) program designed for coaches pursuing the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).
This immersive 3-month program develops mastery in the ICF Team Coaching Core Competencies, equipping coaches to deliver measurable, systemic, and sustainable impact in teams and organizations.

Prerequisites
To apply for the ICF ACTC credential, you must hold an ICF ACC, PCC, or MCC credential.
You may enroll in this training prior to earning your ICF credential, though HWH Level 1 (or equivalent) is strongly recommended as a minimum prerequisite.
Learning Design (ACTC-Aligned)
This program is intentionally designed to meet and exceed the ICF Team Coaching Core Competencies and ICF ACTC requirements.
Participants learn to:
Contract with teams and sponsoring organizations
Establish and maintain team coaching agreements
Facilitate psychological safety and trust at the system level
Navigate conflict, power, and complexity
Support accountability, progress, and results
Integrate assessments and team data ethically
Coach teams toward collective intelligence and performance
