Happy Whole Human® offers ICF-accredited coach training programs that allow coaches to design a personalized learning journey aligned with their interests, experience level, and professional goals.

Level 1 provides a strong foundation in the ICF coaching framework, ethics, and Core Competencies.

HWH Coach Club Members unlock personalized advanced coach pathways. Level 2 and Level 3 build progressively, adding advanced techniques, evidence-based tools, and integrative approaches aligned with the ICF Core Competencies to support mastery and confidence in complex coaching work.  Level 2 credit is granted for coaches pursuing their PCC. Level 3 course credit is issued for coaches who have their PCC who are working towards their MCC.

The Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC) prepares coaches to work effectively with teams and systems, aligning with ICF team coaching competencies and best practices.

Upon completion of each program, coaches are awarded a certificate indicating the number of ICF-accredited training hours completed. These hours may be applied toward ACC, PCC, MCC, or ACTC credentialing, or used for ICF credential renewal, in accordance with ICF requirements.
