Human Systems Sensei™ (HSS) Facilitator Licensing Pathway

The HSS Facilitator Licensing Pathway integrates and expands everything previously offered through the HWH Coach Club—while providing a clearer professional identity, scalable licensing structure, and enterprise-ready delivery model.
 

Rather than a membership-based coach club, the new pathway offers a future-ready practitioner license that combines:
 

• Tiered professional certifications

• Ethical scope-based facilitation authority

• Supervision and performance evaluation

• A co-branded, AI-enabled delivery platform

• Ongoing access to evolving curriculum, tools, and assessments

The Happy Whole Human® (HWH) Coach Club is a comprehensive, all-access professional development ecosystem for coaches who want to build ethical, scalable, and impactful practices. More than a training program, the HWH Coach Club is a long-term partnership designed to support coaches from foundational certification through advanced specialization, credentialing, and sustainable practice growth.

Members receive access to 300+ hours of ICF-accredited Level 1, 2, 3, and AATC (Team Coach) training, world-class mentoring and supervision, and a license to deliver Happy Whole Human® programs and assessments through the AI-enabled HWH App. Personalized learning pathways allow coaches to integrate modalities such as executive coaching, relationship coaching, group and team coaching, somatic and subconscious-change approaches, and hypnotic coaching—ethically and within professional scope.
 

The Coach Club is built for coaches who want to serve deeply, practice responsibly, and grow sustainably, while remaining grounded in evidence-based psychology, systems thinking, and the evolving standards of the coaching profession.

The HWH Coach Club Trainings are personalized, modular and progressive, allowing students to build competence, confidence, and ethical mastery in their chosen niche areas. Coaches have four years to complete the trainings, and enjoy sales training and support, ICF mentoring, and group supervision along the way.
