The HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® Level 1 Coach Certification is a 60-hour, ICF-accredited Coach-Specific Training program that meets the educational requirements for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
Level 1 is the foundational phase of our Level 2 pathway, which is why coaching skills are taught and evaluated using ICF PCC behavioral markers from the outset.

Lindsay delivers the live Level 1 curriculum and skills training, while Dr. Lisa Leit provides ICF mentor coaching, PCC-level performance evaluation, and developmental oversight.

Learning Design (PCC-Aligned)
Although this is an ICF Level 1 program, HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® teaches and evaluates coaching using PCC-level standards to support long-term professional mastery.

Students receive:

• PCC-level coaching demonstration videos

• Skills training mapped to PCC behavioral markers

• Structured practice aligned with ACC credentialing requirements

• Consistent preparation for Level 2 and beyond
   

All training aligns with the 2025 ICF Core Competencies and the 2025 ICF Code of Ethics.
Training Hours & eCourses

Included are 60 ICF-approved training hours, comprising:

• Live Zoom classes

• 30 hours of self-paced eCourses

• 10 hours of ICF-approved mentoring

• 2025 ICF Core Competencies (applied)

• 2025 ICF Code of Ethics

• PCC-level presence, listening, and inquiry

• Transcript review and reflective practice

• Case studies and skills integration
   

Mentoring, Office Hours & Support
ICF Mentoring (10 Hours Included)

• Weekly Group Mentoring on Mondays

• Three (3) required 1:1 mentoring sessions, completed over a minimum of three months
   

Mentoring focuses on:

• PCC behavioral markers

• Skill calibration and transcript review

• Credentialing readiness and ethical practice
   

Weekly Office Hours
Optional weekly office hours provide additional support for:

• Assignments and competency questions

• Practice challenges

• Clarifying ICF credentialing pathways

(Office hours are supportive and not counted toward ICF training hours.)

AI-Enhanced Practice with Ovida
Level 1 integrates Ovida, an advanced AI coaching-skills platform used by organizations such as NYU, Columbia University, and Deloitte.

Students receive:

• Unlimited AI coaching practice

• Transcript-based feedback aligned with PCC behavioral markers

• Competency-specific insights mapped to the 2025 ICF Core Competencies

• 5 hours of video meetings on Ovida, which may be applied toward 1:1 mentoring
   

This blended model combines AI-driven objectivity with human mentor coaching.

Certification Requirements
To earn the Level 1 Certificate of Completion, students must:

• Attend required live Zoom sessions

• Complete all coursework and assignments

• Pass the final exam with a 75% average or higher

• Complete required mentoring hours
   

Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion eligible for submission to the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
