Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 27, 2025
This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to Happy Whole Human Spain SL or authorized third-party platforms.
 
1. One-Time Membership Fee
All payments made for membership (€10,000 or €8,000 before 12/31/25) are non-refundable.
 
2. Non-Refundable Upon Access
Refunds will not be issued once onboarding, platform access, or training materials have been provided.
 
3. No Refunds for Inactivity
No refunds for missed usage, voluntary withdrawal, or changes in personal circumstances.
 
4. Requesting Exceptions
To inquire about refunds, email support@happywholehuman.com with supporting details for review.
